Belmont County Tourism Council is a small office within the Ohio Valley Mall, Exit 218 off Interstate 70, outside of St. Clairsville.  Follow the Tourist Info signs to get to our office.  We are located on the back side of the mall.  Our hours are Monday through Friday, 9 to 5.  Our mailing address is:

While we do have a good bit of Ohio information and brochures, our purpose is to encourage travelers to spend time in Belmont County!  We are not a state tourist information office.  We are funded by a bed tax on motel/hotel rooms.
